In our time together, we’ll dive into Humanistic Counselling, which is all about seeing you as a whole person and supporting your journey of self-discovery. This approach is all about understanding your unique experiences and helping you grow in a way that feels right for you.

I hold a Level 4 in Therapeutic Counselling and am a registered member of the British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists (MBACP).
I also hold an enhanced DBS certificate for children and adults.

I predominantly work remotely and can accommodate phone or video sessions. I can also offer face to face sessions at our Newton-Le-Willows office.
